HOTEL POLICIES
Rates are per room per night, quoted in U.S. dollars, and are based on single/double occupancy per room. Sanwood Villa features 3 bedrooms and accommodates 6. Includes breakfast (full or continental). Other meals are available to purchase.
20% tax & service will be added.
MINIMUM STAY:
• 2-night minimum stay required during the weekend (Friday/Saturday).
• 3-night minimum stay required during Easter.
• 3-night minimum stay required during US Independence holiday (July).
• 3-night minimum stay required during US Thanksgiving (November).
• 5-night minimum stay required between December 20 & December 25 each year (Christmas).
• 7-night minimum stay required between December 26 & January 5 each year (New Year).
CHILDREN POLICY:
Families with children are welcome. Additional person rate applies to children 12 years and over. Nanny service is available – price on request.
DEPOSIT POLICY:
50% deposit is required upon making a reservation, or the full amount if stay is 3 nights or less. The 50% balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date and 90 days for Christmas/New Year.
CANCELATION, NO-SHOW AND REFUND POLICIES:
• A refund will be issued if canceled over 45 days prior to arrival throughout the year, and 90 days prior to arrival between December 20 and January 5.
• The full amount is non-refundable when canceled within 45 days, 90 days or under between December 15 and January 10. The amount will be held as credit for a stay within 1 - 2 years. Blackout dates such as major US and Jamaican holiday periods apply.
• No refund if there is a no-show.
• A 5% credit card fee will be deducted from refunds for canceled reservations.
• Refunds are processed within 30 days of the cancelation date.
BLACKOUT DATES FOR THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS:
Please note third party reservations are not accepted for stays during the period 26th December to 5th January each year.
VILLAS POLICIES
Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars, per night and are for 4 bedrooms and 6 bedrooms respectively. Maximum occupancy is 8 and 12 respectively. Meals are available to purchase.

Minimum stay is 5 nights. Minimum stay is 10 nights between December 15 and January 10.

DEPOSIT POLICY:
A 50% deposit is required upon making a reservation. 50% balance is payable 60 days prior to arrival. Between December 15 and January 10, 50% balance is payable 90 days prior to arrival.
CANCELATION, NO-SHOW AND REFUND POLICIES:
• A 75% refund will be issued if canceled over 60 days prior to arrival, over 90 days prior to arrival between December 15 and January 10. 25% will be withheld, which can be applied to a future stay within 1 - 2 years. Blackout dates such as major US and Jamaican holiday periods will apply.
• The full amount is non-refundable when canceled within 60 days, within 90 days between December 15 and January 10. 75% of the amount paid will be held in credit, to be applied to a future stay within 1 - 2 years. Blackout dates such as major US and Jamaican holiday periods will apply. The remaining 25% will be forfeited as a cancelation fee.
• No refund or credit if there is a no-show.
• A 5% credit card fee will be deducted from refunds for cancelled reservations.
• Refunds are processed within 30 days of the cancelation date.
