- Rates are per room per night, quoted in U.S. dollars, are based on single/double occupancy per room and include breakfast (full or continental). Rates quoted are plus 20% Government tax and service charge.
- 3-night minimum stay required between July 2 & 5, 2020 (US Independence).
- 3-night minimum stay required between November 26 & 30, 2019 and November 25 & 29, 2020 (Thanksgiving).
- 5-night minimum stay required between December 20 & December 25 each year (Christmas).
- 7-night minimum stay required between December 26 & January 5 each year (New Year).
- 3-night minimum stay required between February 14 & 16, 2020 (Valentine’s Day).
- 3-night minimum stay required between April 9 & 13, 2020 (Easter).
Families with children are welcome. Additional person rate applies to children 12 years and over. Nanny service is available – price on request.
3 nights deposit is required upon making a reservation, or the full amount if stay is less than 3 nights. Final payment is due in full 45 days prior to arrival date, 60 days for Easter and 90 days for Christmas/New Year and is non-refundable.
CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW AND REFUND POLICIES:
- A full refund is due when cancelled 45 days prior to arrival, 60 days for Easter and 90 days during Christmas and New Year.
- The full amount of the stay is non-refundable when inside 45 days, 60 days for Easter and 90 days during Christmas and New Year.
- No refund and full amount of stay is forfeited when there is a no-show.
- A 5% credit card fee will be deducted from refunds for cancelled reservations.
BLACKOUT DATES FOR THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS:
Please note third party reservations are not accepted for stays during the period 26th December to 5th January each year.
